AI automation for small and medium-sized businesses
More room to grow. Less repetitive work.
An example week: agents finish Monday to Thursday's routine work, pass a claim and a big quote to a person, and Friday is off.
We help automate the everyday work that slows your business down, from handling enquiries to moving information between systems, so your team can spend more time on growing the business.
Why Friday Off?
When your business grows, the admin tends to grow with it. More enquiries to handle. More information to enter. More follow-ups to remember.
We automate repetitive work so you and your team have more time to serve customers, grow the business and put new ideas into action.
"Friday Off" is our name for having that choice. You might use the time to build a bigger business. You might take a Friday off. It's up to you.
Why now
The technology is ready. Most firms are not.
In just a few years, AI agents have gone from answering questions to carrying out whole pieces of work on their own, step by step.
The challenge now is putting that capability to work: choosing the right tasks, connecting existing tools, and keeping people in control. For many businesses, adoption is the biggest hurdle to making AI a reliable part of everyday work.
Where it helps
The everyday work agents take on
- Faster replies to enquiries
- Fewer missed follow-ups
- Less retyping between systems
- More work through the same team
Office and admin
- A full inbox. Sorted, with replies drafted.
- A policy or an invoice as a PDF. Entered into your system, and checked.
Clients and sales
- A renewal in 30 days. The reminder is ready.
- A message at 11pm. A reply drafted, for you to send.
Finance
- Bank entries. Matched to invoices in Xero.
- A supplier invoice. Checked against the order before it is paid.
Reporting
- Friday afternoon. The week's numbers on one page.
- 8am. The owner's summary of what needs a decision.
How we work
We start by listening
Two conversations, then a short written proposal, within about two days. It is free.
1
A conversation with you
Where the firm is heading, where your time goes, what's in the way.
2
A conversation with your team
To hear how the work really gets done.
3
Proposed solutions, prioritised by impact
Each with the problem it solves, what it costs, and how sure we are.
No charge, no commitment. You decide what happens next.
What follows
Four services, each bought on its own
Usually after the first stage. Every piece of work has a fixed price, agreed before anything starts. Maintenance is monthly.
Training
Hands-on half-day or full-day sessions, so your people use AI well day to day and can steer the agents we build.
Workflow automation
One workflow at a time: agents that take a routine job from start to finish, built around the systems you already run, from email and shared drives to your ERP or industry system.
Custom software
Software built around how your business works, where an agent is not the right fit: an internal app for your team, a portal for your clients, reporting, or integrations between the systems you already use.
Maintenance
We keep everything we built running smoothly: we monitor it, update it as your business and your tools change, and deal with any issue before it reaches you.
Who you'll work with
Two engineering leaders
Between us we have run engineering organisations of up to 70 people in digital health, banking, crypto and big tech, in the UK and Europe.
Questions
What firms usually ask us
What happens to our data?
Four rules hold on every job:
- Business AI accounts only, so your data is not used to train AI models.
- An agent sees only what one workflow needs.
- You decide which actions need a person's approval.
- When client data is involved, we handle the GDPR paperwork with you.
Can you connect our existing systems?
Very likely. Shared drives such as Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive, and common tools such as HubSpot or Xero, have the connections we need. Industry systems and ERPs depend on the product: we check whether the vendor offers a connection, and if not, we work from a read-only copy of the data or from exports. We start read-only, and only with what the workflow needs.
Do we need to be technical?
No. You tell us how your firm works; we handle the technical side, and explain any of it if you ask. Your team learns what it needs in a short training session, in plain language.
Will this replace our staff?
No. The point is that the same team can serve more clients, with people spending their day on clients rather than on admin. The firm grows without hiring as many people, or any at all.
What if it gets something wrong?
Sometimes it will, as a new colleague would. So every workflow is built to send a doubtful case to a person rather than give a confident wrong answer, and nothing goes out without a person approving it. Deciding where that line sits is most of the work. Once it runs, we check its work and fix the cause of every mistake we find.
When is an agent the wrong answer?
When the problem is quality rather than volume; when the work is a judgement call that carries professional or legal responsibility; or when the process lives only in someone's head and the data does not exist yet. In that last case we start by writing the process down, which often pays off on its own. We will tell you when this is the case.
How long before it runs?
A workflow usually takes a few weeks, depending on how much of the process is written down and how we reach your systems. We try it on your real work, with a person checking everything, before you rely on it.
What does it cost?
The first stage is free. After that, every piece of work has a fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts, and maintenance is a monthly fee. We do not publish prices, because every firm gets a written proposal for its own case.
Do you work in Greek?
Yes. We work with Greek firms in Greek, in person or remotely, and documents can be in Greek or English.
