Visiting this site

The site does not set cookies, store anything on your device, or track you. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, handles the technical data every visit involves, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.

If you email us or book a call

We receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply, and keep it for as long as we are in touch and up to two years after, unless it becomes part of a contract, which we keep for as long as accounting and tax law require. Our email and booking provider, Google (Gmail and Calendar), processes it for us. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Sharing your data

We share it only with the providers named above, who process it on our behalf. We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing, and no decisions about you are made automatically. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or the European Economic Area, it does so under safeguards the law recognises, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to how we use it, ask us to restrict it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office.
